In my country, There are many universities in almost every city. Current government and the previous ones kept establishing new universities even in the smallest cities. The main reason was to arouse the economy in small cities but the new established universities were deadborn since they don’t have required equipment and technology. Especially in engineering and medical fields, they lacked practice, all they give to their students are mere theories and I’ve graduated as mechanical engineer from one of them.
