The process demonstrates how plastic bottles are recycled. Overall, the technique requires nine different steps in total, beginning with collecting used plastic products and ending with new plastic items being produced. That loop keeps continuing repeatedly.
After being used, plastic bottles are discarded in recycling bins, waiting for garbage trucks to transport them to the recycling factory. Then, they are sorted to eliminate substandard products and compressed into cube blocks. The following stage involves crushing those blocks into small pieces and washing them properly to remove all the impurities.
In the sixth step, those tiny pieces are poured into a special machine to make plastic granules before being heated until they melt down to form raw material. From that basic element, new products, including nylon clothes, stationery, recycled bags, plastic containers, and so on, are produced and sold to customers. After those items are used and thrown away, they go through the recycling process all over again.
