Some people say that dancing plays an important role in a culture. However, in my opinion, although dancing is an important aspect of a culture, it cannot be considered a compulsory element in representing a culture. I believe dance plays a minor role in a culture for the following two reasons.
First of all, a culture of a society is a combination of different aspects of the society, it may be singing, dancing, plays, rituals, and more. Although dancing might play a role in representing the culture it cannot be considered an important aspect, as many cultures do not have any dance role that is used to represent their culture as a whole, in fact many other aspects collectively represent the culture. For example, the Konkan culture is known for its famous Konkani food, as Konkan is a coastal region it is famous for its local food, where people from across the globe come to visit here just to taste their food and experience their culture. Another example is the Southern Jharkhand region which is famous for its unique plays. Thus dancing doesn’t always play an important role in a culture.
Secondly, a culture is mainly known for its festivals and rituals, although dancing can be a part of such rituals it cannot be a sole representative or an important element in a culture. For instance, in the US during Christmas people decorate Christmas trees, sing, dance, and much more. While in India during Diwali people celebrate by lighting candles, burning firecrackers, singing, dancing, etc. Here, although dancing is a part of the culture it cannot be considered as an important role without which culture cannot be characterized. Thus, in my opinion, different cultures have different important roles in representing their cultures some have singing while some perform plays, but in all a culture is represented by considering all the aspects collectively.
In conclusion, the issue of whether dancing plays an important role in a culture or not is pretty complex. Some suggest that dancing is an important aspect of a culture and without which a culture is incomplete. Nevertheless, I still contend that dancing plays a minor role in a culture, and culture is represented by different aspects collectively.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
