Ingrate the author's view and lecturer's opinion.
The reading text and lacture both are about the power of information. The Author of this article believes that, politial power is denoted to the education people. The lecturer is dispute all this point by giving his own view on this topic.
Firstly, The author f this article is state that,most of the peoples are getting their stand by reading breaking news and print media. On the other hand lecturer is saying that Fact does not change mind of the people. Additionally, he satat that peoples are not caring about this fact and information. So, that is not effective for the human mind.
Secondlly, Reading text suggest that educated peoples are analyzing the information and making their own opinion. On the flip side, The lecturer stance that peoples are only believed on that fact and not making their own opinion. Moreover, fact can make foundation of that belief, what they formulated previously. Hence, it will increasing their certainity in past belief.
Finally, The Author of this article state says that accurate information is an only solution to that problem. In contrast, the lecturer stating that in the threaten stage the human mind is not accept any information. On top of that, he says that political people is taking benefits of this stage to control the people.
To conclude, the reading text and lecture both are emphasizing on the wealth of information. The lecturer is effectively resist all the point made in text by placing his perspective.
