Dear Sir,
I’m writing to inform you that i would like my child whose name is “Dave Grant” to have a day off from school for a special family celebration.
I and my wife are celebrating our wedding anniversary on 4th August; this event takes place every year. Marriages are blessings and should be celebrated.
This is a great deal we want to pass down to our generations to come. Dave is a big fan of his parents and wouldn’t want to miss out on the great day. His paternal and maternal cousins and their parents are traveling all the way from France and Spain to attend. He has a lot of roles to play at the occasion, because he’s the first child of the family.
I have made arrangements with his class teacher. She will send an email containing his class work for that day; this will help him catch up on everything he’ll miss.
I’ll be expecting feedback from you as soon as possible.
Yours faithfully,
Adam Grant
