The graphs demonstrate the percentage of different post-secondary degrees which were held by Canadian citizens in two distinctive age groups 25 to 35 and 45 to 55. In general, what stands out is that, while the majority of people in both age groups graduate from social science and arts field, only a small minority is made up of humanities, MBA and other. Additionally, there is more than twice as many Canadians in the younger group as the elder one.
Focusing on science-based subjects, engineering is composed of 9% and 19% 25 to 35 and 45 to 55 years old respectively, while the figures for science, maths and computers field are contrasting, with 18% for the former and 10% for the latter. Regarding administration, Canadians aged between 25 and 35 make up 19%, 4% higher than this figure of the elder group. Furthermore, approximately one-tenth of Canadian citizens graduate from nursing or education in both age groups.
Looking at social science and arts field, both groups account for one fifth with solely 1% difference between two groups. Moreover, approximately one-tenth of Canadian citizens graduate from nursing or education in both age groups. Likewise, humanities, MBA and other fields in combination are formed of slightly more than a tenth of Canadians.
