It is clear that Luxemburg hosted the highest rank in mobile holders with a figure of 872 per thousand people, which is nearly 2 times than South korea. Subsequently, Italy,Singapore and Germany had 737,684,586 mobile holders per thousand respectively. However, China stood at the last rank in mobile holders, merely 35 per thousand people.
In terms of number of PC owners, Luxemburg stood at the top among six countries, only 100 people did not owned PC per thousand people. followed by the Singapore, which had 690 PC holders per thousand people, ranked second among six countries. Italy,Germany and South Korea had the similar amount in PC owners, to be specific, 480 for Italy and 452 for Germany and South Korea.
