The diagrams illustrate the process of building an igloo.
The pictures give information about how an igloo is built.
In general, there is a total of 13 stages in the process of creating an igloo, beginning with finding an area of hard-packed snow and ending with making some holes in the wall of this building.
Taking a closer look at the data, the first step is choosing the hard-packed snow and then sawing the snow into blocks to prepare for the construction. After that, the igloo is first created by setting the large blocks at the base before all blocks are made the edges smooth and set above others in order. Then, a hole is dug under the wall to create an entrance of the igloo, whereas, on the top of the igloo, a too-large block is set for the last opening.
The process continues with packing the snow into all crevices to make the igloo’s wall smooth as well as smooth the inside of the igloo by hand. Subsequently, you have to go out of the igloo and cover the holes with snow blocks. In the final stage, you must cut ventilation holes in the wall or on the roof to make way for light coming into the igloo.
