The maps show an industrial zone in a town called Norbiton as it is now and after refurbishment.
Overall, this area will become increasingly populated, with the construction of a large number of houses and the introduction of facilities for entertainment, educational, commercial, and medical purposes.
At present, there is a roundabout in the center surrounded by factories, a road leading to the east with houses on either side, and a main road in the south of the map. In the north, a river runs from west to east with farmland situated to its north.
According to the proposed plans, around the roundabout new houses and some shops will be built to replace the factories, while a medical center will be constructed to the southeast. There will be two new roads splitting off from the roundabout with houses along them, while a new, smaller roundabout will be erected in the south. The eastern road will have housing on either side, a playground to the north, and a school at the end of it. In the north, the agricultural land will be reduced in size to make way for houses and a bridge will be constructed, allowing access to this new residential area.
