In terms of the first method of signing up new workers, the advertisement will be promulgate in the internal area of the organization and the candidates who enroll in will be shortlisted for the interview. If their abilities is appropriate with the requirement, they will be given a job offer. Similarly, in the second method, company recruit new staffs through post in the press, followed by shortlisted stage. After that steps, the candidates will engage in the interview together with an extra test before being given a job offer.
Turning to the third method of recruiting new staffs, the external agencies will carry out advertisement on behalf of the enterprises to recruit new workers. After that, workers are divided into two types including shortlisted applicants presentd to employer and applicant searched by headhunters, both will have to succeed in passing the interview to get an official job.
