The illustrated floor plans provide outline on how sports center of a University appears now and how its floor plan is modified in the future.
Overall, it can be observed that sports center will go through significant change and addition of facilities specially in the areas other than the main block in the center.
In present, the access to sports center is located in the center block towards its southern side. Reception is located right in front of the access point and there is changing room on its left whereas seating area on its right. 25 meter swimming pool is located right in the middle of the block and gym is on its northern side. Similarly, both outdoor courts are located towards the east and west of of the main block.
In future, there will be major changes by adding sports facilities and the space is properly utilized. The entrance and the main block will be almost same as present, however, it is extended towards its east and west adding more space to add café and sports shop respectively. Likewise, Changing room will be constructed on the right and left corners. Outdoor courts will be replaced by leisure pool on the western side which can be accessed by passing through sports shop and changing room. Similarly, in place of outdoor courts located on the east sports hal and dance studios will be constructed. Sports hall can be accessed through a passage from right side of the reception on the left side just after passing through café. Moving forward to the northern side there is door way to gym which is extended to its double size than the previous one, and on the way to gym towards its right dance studio will be constructed.
