I though to copy integrated
I though to copy integrated essay style. (I do understand that I have a lack of fluence and ehn) so, the idea was to start each reason with citing the text and than give speaker's argumentation. I assumed that in this case, I will demonstrate that I read and understood the passage.
Please, may you give to a link to a decent answer on this type of questions.

Reason 1 (topic sentences here), blabla... about 20 seconds. all content is from lecture
Reason 2 (topic sentences here), blabla... about 20 seconds. all content is from lecture

The topic sentences (or reasons) should be right on the topic. for example, the second reason should be:
' it’s an advantage to meet somebody with the same interests.'
while you come back and forth to this point.
