Dear Sir/Madam:
I am writing to complain about a problem on air-conditioning system of the car I have rented from your company three days ago.
This happened when I was on my trip to attend a seminar in Manila City, Philippines. Unfortunately, when I was about half-way to my supposed destination, I noticed that the temperature inside the vehicle seems to be getting warm. Then, eventually the air-conditioner has totally shut-off. To my dismay, I was forced to open the windows so that I can clearly intake air from the outside. As you would not know, I can be easily suffocated without a circulating air. Thus, this problems concerns me big time, and that I already called upon your office a week ago raising my issue but no one on your team responded yet.
In this regard, I would like to ask for your service on repairing the car's air-conditioner or if it is possible for replacement of the unit will be greatly favorable on my part as I have already given the payment in full for a month long use.
I do hope for your immediate attention regarding this matter. Please contact me once you have scheduled to look upon this.
Your faithfully,
Fiona Joanna V. Cruz
