Being successful in our career need to strengthen our knowledge and experience in the field. However, many people think the ability to have the powerful connection with other has more advantage. In my opinion, I think we should gather a variety of information for our job by studying hard in the school because it will have the positive effect on our decision during solving problems in different situations by using our knowledge.
Firstly, getting a position in well-known institute needs a variety of knowledge in the required field. In our competitive society, each individual has a dream of becoming professional in their work. In other words, knowledge from their school years can help them to pass the test and get the permission.
Second, knowledge about our job comes from sequential daily practice which gives us the confidence to continue our job. A physician learns how to heal the patient by prescribing drugs, Also, gives the instructive advice to them. In addition, only the training physician can help the patient during the emergency situation. In other hands, the one has poor medical knowledge could not control the catastrophic case.
In conclusion, success in the future job needs a motivate student who works hard daily. I do not support the statement of relationship with people can help us to find our dream job due to above reasons.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
