You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel.
Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter
. say where you think you left the papers
. explain why they are so important
. tell the manager what you want him to do
Dear Hotel Manager,
I am writing this letter to bring your attention towards the valuable papers left at the hotel. Firstly, I attended the meeting on Digital Marketing Summit at your hotel on 19th Jan 2017. If I remember correctly, you should be able to locate them probably in Cafeteria on the table number 43 because I was having lunch at that point of time.
Secondly, There were some highly classified papers mixed with the meeting papers. Furthermore, they are of the utmost importance to me because those papers should not be supposed to get leaked or lost in the public. Apart from this, I also forgot voter id card on the same day and realized it later that it was missing from my wallet.
I would be grateful if you can select very few trustworthy people to carry out this task to find those missing papers. You must make sure that this information should not go out to any media person or news channel.
I am looking forward to hear from you soon.
Yours Faithfully
Faizal Reza
