To become daughter or son of parents is one of the greatest gift given by god. Children are reflection of their parents. Parents put their all efforts in up bring of children. They want some important qualities in their son or daughter. the important qualities are morality, honesty, respect for elders, obedience, care.
I think these are the most important qualities that a son or daughter have. these all qualities never remained same over the time. In Indian culture honesty, obedience, care, respect all are the basic qualities which are consider as basic key concepts of parenting. now a days the youth population of India wants to adopt other cultural styles to adjust with new demands of modernization. In tough of war of Indian culture and other cultures the qualities of good son or daughter is changing with situations.
The second reason for changes in important qualities of good son or daughter is the influence of social media. Ass I read in a book negative information influenced more rapidly than positive information. Social media give each type of information on different modes and people more eagerly accept negative information than positive ones. As the television shows give the negative aspects of good qualities than youth accept it more easily.
so we can say that the qualities of good son or daughter will never be remained same. As in older days the parents decisions are the last decisions and children have to be obey them but now the children find their own decisions and go with them. As the circumstances change the qualities of good son or daughter also change to get happiness or to get success.
