write a report for a university lecturer describing the information below.
Contained in the bar chart is data pertaining to elements having influence on work performance by age at a company. The gist of the infographic is that the figures for the age group from 18 to 30 top those from 45 to 60 regarding most of the factors except for work environment, respect from colleagues, competent boss and team spirit.
Beginning with promotion prospects, job security, relaxing working environment and change for personal development, it is obvious that the disparities between the two age groups are appreciable. As far as relaxing working condition and change for personal development are concerned, the figures for 18 to 30 strikingly exceed those for 45 to 60, amounting to just over 80 and about 35 versus north to 80 and approximately 45. The case is analogous in connection with promotion prospects and job security as the figures for 18 to 30 stand at more than 80 and in the neighbourhood of 40 while those for 45-60 reach 50 and 20 respectively.
Turning to money, job satisfaction, respect from colleagues and competent boss, the differences between the age ranges are noticeably less substantial. With respect to money and job satisfaction, the figures for 18-30 diminutively outnumbered 45-60 with 70 and over 50 for the former and almost 70 and 50 for the latter. There is a different pattern regarding respect from co-workers and competent boss as 18-30 is exceeded by 45 to 60, south to 50 and over 40 versus well over 40 and just under 50, respectively.
A final point which is worth mentioning is that work environment and team spirit, there are near parities between the two age ranges, at 30 and about 65, in that order.
