Dear Manager,
I am a bank manager and I am writing to formally complaint about the food quality of your retaurant. I came to know about this place through my colleague who had visited here once. So, I came to your restaurant two days back for dinner and I was very discomfited.
I came with my whole family as it was a special occasion of my wife's 50th birthday. We had ordered chicken and fish dishes and I have to say somberly that all of them were insipid and savourless, the fish was practically rotten indeed. Although, we tried a lot to eat as they were quite expensive but in the end we were unable to finish them.
To conclude, I want you to change your cook because it was not just us who did not like the food. Infact, most of the visitors loathed it and were complaining. Hence, for the successful future of your restaurant it is necessary to hire a new talented chef who can not only satiate the hunger of the customers but also compell them to praise the food, so, they come here again and again.
Awaiting for your promp action,
Yours sincerely,
John
