The diagrams provide data on the male and female working status in six different jobs in Fredonia in two separate years-1975 and 1995.
As is seen, the graphs illustrate progress of empowering women in the work field over 20 years, even the number of females exceeded the males in some work fields.
According to the graph, the number of employed man was considerably more in all sectors than women in 1975. For instance, approximately 650 men were employed in manufacturing related job compare to 300 women per thousand of total employees in the same sectors. In other sectors, the Numbers of male workers were much higher than female workers but in communication male were a bit ahead of women. However, this scenario had plummeted over 20 years, and women did a significant progress in their professions. For instance, in communication around 600 women were employed compare to 300 men per thousand of total employees. Without this, the numbers of female worker surprisingly rose to nearly 500 in 1995 compare to roughly 100 per thousand in 1975. Except from the public sector women hold the trends of progress compare to man. In 1975 only about 40 women worked in defense sector and that grew to more than 100 per thousand after 20 years.
