First, the reading avers that a group people will have more experience to deal with every possible problem. nevertheless, the professor cast doubt on the reading purport by providing an example of two company. He explains that the proficiency of two groups were investigated for 6 months. the first group didn't show a good efficiency. the second group that has good performance were analyzed through their members and every one of them refutes the passage idea.
Second, the passage claims that a group can do jobs in a short time and faster that an individual. however, the professor refutes this point. He avers that people in a group needs more time to finalize their idea. He says that more meeting is necessary to achieve an idea and that is a complete waste of time.
Third, the reading asserts that a group of people will emerge more creative idea due to variety of people and different mind also it mentions that in a group all the people are united in a same voice. Nonetheless, the professor cast doubt on these. He explains that all the people in a group must admit the idea, even though they think that it won’t be a good idea. After the acceptance if the program fails all of the member in group are responsible for that and this is not the meaning of creative, were some people agree and some not.
