Dear James, I am so excited to meeting you soon but unfortunately my boss has ordered me to go to Noida that day to attend a pivotal meeting. Hence, I will have to state lamentably that it will not be possible for me to receive you at the railway station and also I will not be able to come home by evening.
However, you do not need to worry as all the arrangements have made from my end. Firstly, an "Ola taxi" has been booked which will arrive on time and the driver will be waiting for you at exit, holding a board of your name. These taxis are quite safe and the most comfortable way to commute. Also, once you reach home, you can collect the keys of my house from my adjacent neighbour. His name is Ross, he is very helpful and will guide you into the house.
Moreover, I have made several plans for us for that evening such as watching the most popular movie "Golmaal" together indeed, I have bought the tickets as well. Later, we will go to the revolving restaurant in Delhi for dinner and then we will visit India Gate at the end of the day which will be a pleasant experience for you.
I apologise for the trouble but I am sure that you will understand.
See you soon,
John
