Teachers are the vital part of any educational institution. University reputation mostly comes from the professors' research activities. However, some people think that it is not needed to increase the salary of the teacher, but some disagree with this. In my opinion, I believe that more honorarium should ensure for the professor of the university. I feel this way for two most important reasons which I will explore in the following essay.
First of all, a handsome salary structure is the prerequisite of having a good and experienced professor. Since people nowadays, need to consider the money what they earn from the job, most of the Ph. D holder do not like to come back to our country after finishing higher study from abroad. If the university provides sufficient salary for the professor, then highly qualified people will return and work for a public university. For example, I recently read an article in a national newspaper, which contended that government should allow more money to the university so that the salary structure could improve otherwise no professors will be back in their country's university. It also reported that many prestigious young qualified people wish to back to their motherland and join national university but they do not do that because of very low salary in our country. Therefore, it's clear from this article that high salary is the key point to get a good professor.
Secondly, to improve the reputation of the university, this is mandatory now. Once people do a lot of their workplace even they did not get desire salary. But, the situation is changing now, and no one like to teach and work for the university if the salary is not satisfactory. If you get handsome money, you will do your best for your company and that will improve the university very much. For instance, my elder brother, a chemistry professor at North south university, work hard for his university. He teaches very well too. His performance was not so good before when he worked for a public university because he had to worry about his salary that time. Moreover, he had to take an extra class in other private universities to manage his livelihood. So, he did not concentrate on making good lecture. However, the same person awarded the greatest national research of the year and this happened because university provides enough money and found for teaching and research in his field of interest. So, I think this will not possible If the university ensures a good honorarium for his job.
In conclusion, it is clear from the discussion that university should increase the salary of the professor. This is because otherwise the university will not get good professor whose are the central power of the university, and because that will help the university to improve their reputation.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
