Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding a particular store advertisement that was published on 18th December edition. Let me elaborate the situation to you. It has been mentioned that there is 50% discount in the home appliances selected at Croma lifestyles Ltd. However when we visited the store located at Greenways Roads, Chennai, the discount seems to be void. In-spite of showing the newspaper announcement, the billing person informed that there are no discount applicable for the home appliances and the details given for the products are false
Based on the discounted price given, we had carried the amount and when we came to know the truth, we were taken aback. How can an advertisement published in front-page go untrue? Request you to take immediate action and address this issue at the earliest. I would like you to provide compensation amount for the false and obsolete marketing failing to which may consequence a legal action against your newspaper company. Looking for a positive response.
Yours faithfully,
Zara
