Given is a figure illustrating electricity production process from Geothermal resources.
As shown in the figure, cold water as the raw material, in the first step, is pumped down from the ground into 4.5 kilometers below ground level. After this, it is can be seen that the water is injected in a horizontal way in order to be passed in Geothermal zone, consist of hot rocks, and then is preparing for the third step. Now, Hot water is pumped up to and come back to the surface of the earth from more than 4.5-kilometer depth.
The fourth stage of the electricity production process, meanwhile entails the conversion of the hot water into steam. As it is shown in the figure this conversion is undergoing by Condenser. Finally, in the fifth and final phase, Turbine is rotated and powered by steam and immediately after the rotation of turbine as a consequence generator is powered. Electricity energy is produced as a result of generator activity and in this point production of electricity take place. At last but least, electricity produced is transferred to public network electricity.
Overall, From the information supplied, it is evident that this process involving five steps, which begin with using of cold water in the first step and end up with utilizing of Turbine and Generator in the fifth and final phase.
