Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain about the poor quality of the service at your centre. Everything seems to be worse than what you say in the advertisement.
Firstly, I am not satisfied with the service, not all of the teachers are native speakers. Secondly, the advertisement say there are under 20 students in every class but that is not true, my class has 30 students so I am not communicate much. Thirdly, I had to pay books and cassette tapes, I feel disappointed because my class is very hot although you say every class has air-conditioned. Finally, teacher often comes late and finishes the lesson early.
To resolve the problem, I require you to give me a refund. Enclosed is a copy of the receipt.
