Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain about the poor quality of the service at your centre. Everything seems to worse than what you say in the advertisement.
Most of the teachers are Vietnamese who teach English to students, not as advertised. There are many students in one class, more than what advertised. Everything is not free, i had to pay for books and cassettes tapes.Every classroom doesn’t have an air conditioner, it use fan instead. In the advertisement, it says start from 5:30 p.m to 8:30 p.m but it is not true, the class begin too late but it finishes early. Everything is different from what the advertisement says!
To resolve the problem, I require you to give me a refund. Enclosed is a copy of the receipt.
