I agree with the claim and the reason given by author. The claim can be generalized for all the field politics, government, business and education. For success of any enterprise, person in a power should step down after five years and revitalization through new leadership.

Person in government power should change after five years. To get success revitalization is required through new leadership. There are so many reasons behind this. Firstly, revitalization reduced the chance of monopoly and corruption. If we take example of government, in democratic country it is chosen by public through election in every five years. In the absence of process of election or revitalization, person in power is permanent. He/she will have no pressure from public and will have power to imply any kind of rule on public. There would not be any kind of fear for government. But in presence of election government has fear in mind that it can be removed any time if he/she will do any wrong work. Government will do better job because of the fear for revitalization. If government would be able to satisfy public within the elected period of time, that government might get re-elected.

Secondly, revitalization gives chance to new people. New person gives hopes to public for better work. New person in power will work more sincerely atleast for some time.

Thirdly, revitalization maintained equity and unbiased environment. In case of a business and an education revitalization is required. An experienced person can run a business better than not an experienced person. In case of business and education no one could get higher position directly. Before reaching higher post a person has to cross so many steps. Example in case of education we have post of lecturer then reader and then professor. A person can’t be a professor directly. Here also it is necessary to give chance to others people to maintain equity and unbiased environment.

Drawback of not having revitalization system can be explained by taking example of king’s rule. In older days we had the system of king and their destiny. Every state had their separate king. King’s had their own rules which everyone have to follow, and people who didn’t follow the rules got a severe punishment.

In summary, revitalization through new leadership is required for success of any enterprise. Because it will reduce the chance of monopoly and corruption, give chance to new people and maintain equity and unbiased environment.
