It is believed that age limitation should be disregarded for employment of people in different age group. Do you think it has some positive or negative aspects? Express your opinion.
Nowadays, when a person wants to find a job, he should meet a wide range of requirements. One of these requirements is suitable age. Some people believe employer should apply age limitation and others argue with this idea. In my opinion, age limitation should be disregarded for hiring people. There- for, everybody have a chance to find a work. In addition, our workplaces are more beneficial.
It is undeniable that young workforce has a lot of energy. He bears every trouble to gain more experience. Moreover, he has more passion for progress. However, young workforce has not enough knowledge to solve problems and deal with clients, so employers should train him. Furthermore, working with people who are in same age is boring most of the time.
All employers want increasing the rate of their income. This goal is an achievable target especially when employers hire expert people. As it is known to everybody, expert people usually are not young. Consequently, a workforce whether is young or old has a chance to finding a job. Moreover, having workers with different ages, help to have a more creative and active working area, besides those who are more experienced can help youngers to become an expert in a shorter time.
To sum up, age limitation has both advantages and disadvantages. Advantages include, having young and energetic workers. In other hand, as disadvantages we can mention to decrease chance of hiring expert people. From my point of view, it is very better if we combine both factors of age and experience. Employers should hire a person how has acceptable experiences and at least meet age limitation.
