In order to solve traffic problems, governments should tax private car owners heavily and use the money to improve public transportation.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of such a solution?

There has been a noticeable growth of cars' industry recently which has created several continent issues about reducing the quantity of traffic jams in the cities. Governments consider a way of increasing taxes for car owners in order to invest an additional fund to improve transport infrastructure. In my view, government has a big power to work out with such trouble and they should solve it with much effect on people. Anyway, as any solution it will bring some advantages and disadvantages for inhabitants.

In my view, the most beneficial way to solve the problem with traffic jams is providing a wide range of different types of vehicles for citizens which will be convenient and comfortable in comparison with each other or past models. People due to a well-organized infrastructure will have a variety of chooses what kind of transport to use. Anyway, I think government should not to rise a taxes for car owners in order to not make them another headache and additional expense.

However, there are always several drawbacks when government engaged something new law or solution. In my sample, a good transport system requires a plenty of resource such as money, labor, research and so on. Also, it can bring sudden problems in others questions because by developing new roads, involving a new environment into a essential transport system will interacted with other industries and business.

To conclude, I am convinced that government should always look for a balance in a question about whether increase taxes or invest its own money only. It could be achieved by providing a open conversations with citizens so as to get an efficient solution for both sides.
