The board below shows us various sorts of the consumer durables owned in Britain during the period of 1972-1983. As we see form the table, growth on percentage of households with central heating and telephone is nearly the same, to be more precise the amounts consumed during 1972-1983 have grown every year. We cannot say it for washing machines because there is a little decrease in 1979. Refer to given data it can be stressed that utilized per cent of consumer durables like television and refrigerator has not raise regularly, because there are same indexes in different years.
The amounts of other technologies like video, dish washer and vacuum cleaner have not shown for every year as they have not been existed in each year because of the demand of the period. For instance people have begun to use video from 1983, dishwasher from 1978, but vacuum cleaner has not been used in 1983
