The figures describe the development of Brightsea includes condition in the past, current situation and future plan of coastal zone. The illustration can tell us about evolution of constructions and facilities in coastal zone Brightsea. Especially, the rest area is shown an additional feature along the time.
In 1950, Lighthouse was already built as Lighthouse keeper’s house near the coastal zone. Visitor can enjoy the Lighthouse building from the Jetty which was located on the north. In earlier step, the Brightsea was already facilitated with Fishermen’s cottage for visitor to stay.
Today, the constructions are becoming better in accommodations with built café, shop and hotel. Visitor can get hospitality by staying in hotel instead of the traditional cottage. Support in transportation is maintained by relocating the jet with Ferry Wharf.
For service improvement, Brightsea makes amount of innovation in both architecture and facility. We will be able to find bigger shopping centre with sophisticated park surrounding the building. Significant improvement is planning for hotel extension by adding a new feature, the sailing club that has not appeared before.
Telecommunications will be improved by adding an antenna on Ferry Wharf area.
Although development happened in a lot of features, the interesting condition is existence of Lighthouse along the year as landmark of Brightsea which is prepared for long lasting maintenance without any transformation.
In conclusion, the pictures show a continuous evolution of Brightsea since 1950 until the future.
