Dear Mr.Smith,
I’m writing to ask for a one-day leave at 24th of March which is the next Monday. Actually, one of my friends is going to have a surgery on his eyes so he needs somebody to take care of him for a few days. Since his operation is on Friday afternoon I can spend 3 days with him and taking care of him. After these 3 days he will put off the bandage and he’ll see.
For keeping up with my working schedule and for completing the working tasks on time, I’ll over work this week. This way nothing will postpone to a later time and we’ll follow our schedule.
Last not list, don’t hesitate to contact me in case of any emergencies in my absence. You can call me via my cellphone 0915….
