The two graphs give information about computer ownership as a percentage for the year 2002 to 2010. From graph 1, the computer ownership,2002-12, we can see that the percentage of the population owning a computer is increasing every year. The percentage for year 2002, 2004, 2006, 2008 and 2010 are around 60,60,65,70 ans approximately 78 respectively.
Graph 2, computer ownership by education level,2002 and 2010, give us a more detailed explanation of the increment in percentage. For people who have no high school diploma, there is a percentage of 15 and 40 for 2010. For high school graduate, there is a percentage of 35 for 2002 and 65 for 2010. For college (incomplete) there is a percentage of 55 for 2002 and 85 for 2010. For bachelor's degree, there is a percentage of 70 for 2002 and 90 for 2010.
Lastly, for postgraduate qualification, there is a percentage of 75 for 2002 and 95 for 2010. Thus, from graph 2, we can see that the increment in percentage shown in graph 1 can be due to the education level, as for both year 2002 and 2010, people who have postgraduate qualification have the highest percentage of computer ownership.
