You want to take training courses for your job. Write a letter to ask your employer to help you pay the tuition fee. In your letter
- say what courses you want to take,
- why you think these courses are beneficial, and
- explain how they will contribute to your performance.
Dear Mr.Smith,
I hope this letter finds you well. Since you know I have worked in this company for 5 years and during this period we tackled different problems and tried to make things better but one of the matters that I concern about is updating the knowledge of the employers. To achieve this goal each of us should learn new things in our job.
In order to do this I surf the net and found a good course in Database Administration which is very useful for our department and we do not have anyone with this degree. By taking this course we can recap the old databases’ structure and do the necessary changes. Moreover, it is a good opportunity for the company to start new projects based on our updated knowledge in databases.
I am in a difficult situation right now and I will be very grateful if you can help me with the tuition fee.
I appreciate your kindness and looking forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely Yours
