This graph illustrates the number of people in thousands who left Britain to different countries such as Australia, Spain, New Zealand, USA and France. This research was made from the years of 2004 and 2007.

Australia is by large the main destination for british population reaching a peak of over 50 thousand people leaving the country in 2006. Nonetheless, the 2 years prior and the one year after also had a great amount of emigration, varying from 40 to 45 thousands of people.

The second largest country of preference to UK citizens was Spain, presenting about 35 000 people leaving from 2004 till 2006. By the year 2007 it showed a small fall to less then 30 000 travellers.

France showed a higher index as in 2005 with about 30 000 british people leaving the UK. Over the other 3 years analysed it kept almost the same quantity of people ranging from 19 000 to 26 000.

Overall, we can say that between 2004 and 2007 Australia was the destination of preference to British nation.
