Though intake of petrol and oil was 35 quadrillion in 1980, it fluctuated the following years. But after 2005 it reached approximately 40 quadrillion and saved its stability, and during last ten years it was rising to nearly 47 quadrillion.

The consumption of natural gas beginning from 20q in 1980, then it is hovering till 2013 and after that remains in a steady rate about 23q. Although the outgo of coal starting with nearly 17q, it has noticeable changes and reaches to approximately 28q in 2030.

As we can see, the depletion of nuclear, solar/wind energy, hydropower is coming out from the same point which consisted of about 4q in 1980. These three energy resources have different developing processes, for instance, fluctuated hydropower gets down and stays in a steady level, whereas solar/wind and nuclear energy gradually increase till 2030.

Overall, it can be clearly seen that the USA population and government prefer wide using of petrol and oil rather than nuclear, solar/wind, hydropower.
