The graph below shows how prices of " high-tech gadgets" changed over time in Somecountry
The line graph describes the average prices of 'high-tech gadgets' over the five-month period in one country.
Overall, the figures for both two products were on the decrease throughout the entire period. It can clearly be seen that the average prices for the navigation system were higher than the smart phone.
More specifically, the navigation system was priced at 4500$ in 2004, which was 1500$ higher than the smart phone at the same year. From this point onward, the numbers for both products were followed by a similar pattern, falling to approximately 3100$ and 2800$ for GPS and cellphone respectively in the first half year of 2005. After another six months, the cost of GPS remained steady, while the smart phone had its price rose slightly to just under 3000$.
By 2006, the selling price of the navigation system rebounded back to 3500$. The figure for smart phone, however, began to decrease and maintained at the same level until the end(2700$). Lastly, the navigation system was priced down to only 2700$ which stood at the same level as the smart phone.
