Given are the bar charts that show the ratio of population owning computer over a 8-years period and the comparison of computer ownership by education level in 2002 and 2010.
To begin, in the first chart, it can be seen that the computer ownership had increased gradually. More specifically, in 2002, around 55% of the population had computer. Therefore, with 5% increase in every 2-years, in 2010, finally the computer ownership had reached around 75%.
Similarly with the upward trend from 2002 to 2010, in all education levels, in 2010, more people had computer than in 2002. Besides, this second graph also reveals that education level affected the level of computer possession, because the more educated a person, the higher his necessity to computer. As the evidence, respectively about 70% and 90% of postgraduate had computer in 2002 and 2010, which was the highest rate than others. Subsequently, it went down slightly as the education level was getting lower and lower. At last, as the lowest rate in owning computer, just 15% and 40% respectively people without high school diploma had computer in 2002 and 2010.
