In the northwest of the map, most of the trees were cut down and some houses were knocked down and replaced with skyscrapers. In the southwest of the map, the most noticeable is that all the trees were clear and all the individual houses were pulled down to give way to two new apartments and a large supermarket.
In the northeast of the map, the school and the hospital remained unchanged, but all the trees were cut down to make way for individual houses. In the northwest of the school the woodland was cleared and transformed into a new airport. In the southeast of the map, all the trees and houses were disappeared, with a big factory being constructed here. At the corner of this area, a new ferry was built and a new stretch of the railway was erected from East to West.
Overall, during this period, this area experienced a number of major changes from a green residential region to a modernized one.
