The table illustrates the fluctuation number of personal saving proportion divide to personal salary in seven countries in last thirty-years period.

The most fluctuate personal saving proportion happened in Italy, Canada, France, and Japan. Italy was the country which had the highest percentage saving per capita, and it accounted for 29.5% of total Income. It was followed by France, Japan, and Germany which stood at less than 20% at 18.7 %, 17.6%, and 13.8% respectively. Canada had the lowest rate-5.6% in 1970.

The amount of Italy personal saving percentage decreased significantly in 1990, however it still stayed in the top position and amounted to 17.6% personal income. On the other hand, Canada increased dramatically to 11.5% in the same year. Almost similar, France, Germany, And Japan achieved approximately 13%, and were followed by UK and US which had proportion lower than 10%.

Japan and France become the largest, and acquired 13.6% saving each other in 2000. The second rank, Germany, Italy, And UK had similar percentage amounted to around 11%, and Canada at very low 1.9%. That is all my report.
