The table shows the percentage of journeys made by different forms of transport in four countries, including the percentage for each. The chart shows cited reasons why population in Canada goes to work by car.
Unsurprisingly, the forms of transports that people use for travel is dominate by car. The highest percentage of car user is from Canada, at 90 percent. This followed by Belgium, at 72 percent, then Germany at 68 percent, and the last Netherlands at 47 percent. Netherlands takes the highest level in using bicycle (26 percent) and take a walk (18 percent) for travel while the others take less than two percent. Germany leads the using of public transportation for made trips at 18 percent.
The bar chart shows us explanations why people in Canada utilize car for work. The Most frequently cited reason is because of lack of any other alternatives, almost 40 people choose this option. Coming second is because requirement of their job, 30 people. Next, just above 20 people choose for their comforts. Just above 10 people choose for the rapid. Last, less than 10 persons need car for work at the night-shift.
Overall, although there are many transport preferences for made journeys, option for car still dominates in four countries. Also, most population in Canada use car because they don’t have any other alternatives.
