My name is James Smith. I am from Goa. I am writing this letter to you regarding the organizing some arrangement for us before I will arrive in your hotel with my family and needs some information about your business place.

On 24th December, which is the date of our fifth marriage’s anniversary, we are reaching in your hotel. I am coming with my wife and 5 year old son. We will stay there for three days. We need one double bedroom. As you know, this is a special day for us so I want that the room should be well decorated. Additionally, my boy requires some toys also especially of spider man if possible. I have a desire that there should be chocolate cake and “Happy 5th marriage’s anniversary” should be written on it.

Furthermore, I require the details of the expenditure of this period of time. The information about places such as entertainment or historical places and leisure activity locations like swimming pools or parks near to your hotel should be given to me for making our trip more enjoyable. I am excited about your reply.
