Overall, it can be seen that females from Australia did more physical exercise in 2010 compared to males except for 15 to 24 age group.
Looking at the bar graph in more detail, it is clear that the percentage of males from Australia who are in 15 to 25 age group is approximately 53% in 2010, compared to females about 48%. In 25 to 34 age group and 35 to 44 age group, the percentage of Australian males who did regular physical exercise in 2010 is about 42% and almost 40%, respectively. These figures for females are nearly 50% and over 50%, respectively.
Turning to the older age groups, it is evident that the percentage of Australian females aged 45 to 54 who did regular physical activiy in 2010 is the highest data of the graph, around 54%. This data is about 52% in 55 to 64 age group and about 47% in 65 and over age group. In 45 to 54 age group, about 43% of males from Australia did regular physical activity in 2010. The percentage of Australian men who did regular physical activity in 2010 is quite close between 55 to 64 age group and 65 and over age group. The figure for the former is approximately 45% and the figure for the latter is about 46%. The figures for males and females in 65 and over are almost the same.
