At the first glance, both groups are equally affected by the factor; team spirit. Moving ahead, chance for personal development and relaxed working environment has greater impact on young employees. Moving further, group of elder employees is greatly affected by competition with boss but this group is less affected by job security as compare to young workers.
Apart from this, elder group of employees are more affected by respect from colleagues and is less affected by promotion prospects. Younger group of employees is more affected by job satisfaction and money. Moving ahead, work environment has equal impact on both groups of employees.
Overall, it is evident that group of young employees are more affected by both external and internal factors as compared to elder workers.
