Not only chance of personal development, but also relaxed working environment have more effect on the performance of workers of age group 18-30 in comparison to workers of age group 45-60. Which is being led by 50%. In addition to this, there are minute difference in the performance of workers of age group 18-30 and 45-60 affecting by both money and job satisfaction.
Moving further, 80% of workers of age group 18-30 and 50% of workers of the group 45-60 are being affected by the promotional prospects. Apart from all this, workers of age group 18-30 do not lead the workers of age group 45-60 in both respect for colleagues and competent. Moreover, performance of workers of age group 18-60 have been affected by three factors: promotion prospects, job security and respect by 80%, 40% and 40 % respectively.
Overall, it is evident that workers of age group 18-30 are being affected more by these factors, whereas workers of age group 45-60 are less affected.
