The bar chart gives information about factor affecting work performance of employees in two groups 18-30 and 45-60.

It is clear that workers between 18 and 30 years old are more significantly impacted by"Competent boss" and "Respect from colleagues" than people aged from 45 to 60. Both age groups are equally affected by factors, namely "Team spirit" and "Work environment". On the other hand, the group aged from 18-30 is impacted more strongly by remainingfactors.

The young employees put "Chance for personal development" as the most important factor to work performance, at more than 80%." Relaxed working environment" and "Promotion prospects" are the other two influential factors which impact significantly, 82% and 80% of employees respectively. "work environment" is given the least importance.

On the other hand as for workers between 45 and 60, "Team spirits" and "money" are considered as the two most important factors affecting their performance. "Job security" and "Relaxed working environment" affect this group the least, with 40% and 25% of employees being influenced respectively.
