Moreover, in internal factors ( team spirit, competent boss, respect from colleagues, job satisfaction) are included.In addition to this, the team spirit of two age groups are equal affects with 60% work performance of workers. Furthermore, the factors affect on work performance of competent boss, respect from colleagues and job satisfaction of 45-60 age group is 50%,45% and 50% respectively.
As far as trend is concerned that, in external factors (chance for personal development, relaxed working environment, job security,promotion prospects,work environment, money) are included. After that, the work environment of two age groups are equal affects with 30% work performance of workers. Nextly, the factors affects on worker performance of job security, promotion prospects and money of 18-30 age group is 40%,80% and 70% respectively.
Overall, it is evident that the age group of 18-30 is mostly increasing as compare to age group of 45-60.
