The chart illustrates the amount of generation and using electricity by the main ten countries in 2014.
It is clear that almost all countries produced energy more than consumed it. Just in Germany the situation was opposite. It used 582,5 billion kWh of electricity that outweighed the production in 526,6 billion kWh.
The leader of using and generation the force was China that consumed and produced electricity approximately 5,3 billion kWh that was more than in the USA almost on 1 billion, despite the USA was the second country in the rate.
Last country in the rate was Korea Republic. It produced 485,1 and used 449,5 billion kWh that less on approximately 0,5 billion kWh than in Germany that was number nine in this rate.
Overall the differences between the amount of consumption and production of electricity was not huge, but the tendency was that the quantity of generation outweighed the amount of using.
