Moving to IT, the percentage of gross domestic product grew from around 6 in 1992 to just over 8 in 1994, but it had plunged slightly to well under eight percent in 1996. However, by 1996, the GDP rate rose almost 4% and then improved, reaching a peak of 15 percent in 2000.
In terms of gross domestic product from service industry, in spite of the fact that the proportion of GDP showed an rising pattern, but which was much lower than the IT sector except in 1996 in the UK. Between 1992 and 1994, the figures recorded from four percent to approximately 7 % respectively. Afterwards there was a 0.5% growth had recorded following three consecutive years.
