The Bricks Manufacturing Process
The diagram shows how is the production scheme of bricks that are used in construction.
Overall, there are seven stages of process from digging the clay to the shipment. First and last steps are mainly depend on transportation while others giving shape of bricks inside a factory.
At the very first stage, clay is obtained from ground by the help of heavy machinery such as excavator. Then, it is transported over a roller mechanism, by the time metal grid makes clay smaller. Thereafter sand and water are combined and pass through a rectangular hole and cutted by wire or can be obtained by pouring inside a mould.
After giving shape, heating process starts. Bricks as a bunch are opposed to settle down inside drying oven between 24-48 hours. Next, bricks are heated to moderate (980C) and high temperature (1300C).After cooling process which can length 2-3 days, bricks are ready to pack as a square bunch. The final step is delivering them to constructions.
